With the closing of the Urban Think! Bookstore, a new chapter begins for the space it inhabited at Thornton Park Central in downtown Orlando. The envisioned venue will provide a modern "think" space for emerging creative professionals and the greater Orlando community, igniting creativity and collaboration through a model consisting of:
- Enhanced coworking memberships that offer rentable workspace designed specifically for creative professionals
- Programming, workshops and events (think: book signings, concerts, TED talks)
- Access to a comprehensive online and onsite creative resource library
- An onsite cafe/bar
- The philanthropic channeling of funds/profits and resources to the 501(c)3 Urban Think! Foundation in order to advance its children’s literacy program, Page 15
Our vision for the new space centers upon:
